SHIPPING & HANDLING:

All orders placed before noon (PST) will be shipped the same day, excluding weekends and holidays. To ensure that your order is shipped in the most efficient manner, we use several carriers to ship our product. We take into account the weight of the packages and their destination when selecting the best carrier to use. Occasionally, we may upgrade your shipping method at no additional charge to you. Shipments to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS. Shipping rates are as follows and are subject to change without notice.

Flat Rate Shipping

No matter your order’s cost or size, we’ve set up low flat shipping rates options based on your location. Our flat rate shipping options within the U.S. and APO/FPO are outlined below.

We will automatically pick the most efficient carrier based on your order’s size and location. If you are unable to receive either UPS or USPS, please call our Customer Service team at 1-800-624-7031 and we’ll give you a hand.

*Standard Ground Shipping

Standard Ground shipping is available to all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with Standard Ground shipping usually ship the next business day and typically arrive in two (2) to six (6) business days. Shipments to the Continental US (not including P.O. Boxes) are sent via USPS or UPS depending on weight and location. Shipments to AK, HI, and P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS. Shipments to APO/FPO address are included in the AK, HI and P.O. Box rates and are shipped via USPS.

*UPS 2nd-Day Air

UPS 2nd Day Air shipping is available to all 50 states. UPS 2nd Day Air is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with UPS 2nd Day Air shipping are guaranteed to arrive in two (2) business days.

*UPS Next-Day Air

UPS Next Day Air shipping is available to all 50 states. Separate rates apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and can be viewed in the cart. UPS Next Day Air is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with UPS Next Day Air shipping are guaranteed to arrive in one (1) business day.

Order & Shipping Confirmations

Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive confirmation via email from orders@mfct.com. If you wish to make any changes or additions after you’ve placed your order, please contact us immediately at 1-800-624-7031 or orders@mfct.com.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and email confirmation directly from the appropriate carrier.

Tracking Your Package

You can find your tracking number within your second confirmation email directly from the appropriate carrier. If for any reason you’re having trouble tracking your package, give us a ring at 1-800-624-7031 and we’ll happy to help you through the process.

Sales Tax:

8.25% sales tax will be added to all non-food items shipped within California. Prices and product availability subject to change without notice.
